Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Wrong size or color selected
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect shipping info
Please double-check your size and address before ordering. Sizing guides are available on each product page.
Replacements & Refunds (If Your Item Is Faulty)
We will gladly issue a replacement or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Was misprinted or the wrong item was sent
- Was lost in transit
To Qualify:
Email us at support@desorashop.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the problem
Processing Time
Once approved:
- Replacements ship within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account again
- Contact your payment provider

International Orders
All policies apply to international orders. However:
- We are not responsible for customs delays
- Any import taxes or duties are the customer’s responsibility
