At Desora, every product is made to order — designed with care, rooted in culture, and crafted for bold self-expression. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Order Processing Time

All Desora items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Production times may vary slightly during high-volume periods (such as new drops or holidays).


Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

Standard Shipping (USA): Flat-rate shipping shown at checkout
Standard Shipping (International): Flat-rate shipping shown at checkout based on your location

Free Shipping: Orders of $70 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping (available in select regions and will appear automatically at checkout if eligible).


Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days
Standard Shipping (International): 10–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs processing, and local carrier delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Some international orders may have limited tracking updates until the package reaches your country.


Shipping Delays

Desora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Customs delays or international duties/taxes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
